At 5:00 pm today, Saturday, March 14, Chief Executive David LeFeber, Livingston County Board Chairman, declared a State of Emergency in Livingston County.  At this time travel is not restricted.

Due to this state of emergency and in light of recommendations of having meetings with no more than 50 attendees, we will be cancelling tomorrow’s (March 15) worship services, as Mr. LeFeber says “to preserve the public health and public safety” of our community.

The church office will be open during regular business hours.  Pastor Matt is available for pastoral care.  Pastor Keith is returning from his study leave and will be back in town by Tuesday morning.

Updates to the situation will be communicated through email, the website (, and FaceBook.  The answering machine will also be updated.  Please pass this news on to anyone you know of that may not receive electronic messages.  Thank you.

Please continue to keep all those affected by the corona virus, and especially our health care workers in your prayers as the situation evolves.
