It’s November already and the Bazaar is fast approaching! The event will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm here at Geneseo UMC, 4520 Genesee Street (the corner of Route 63 and Court Street near the new round-about), Geneseo.
The sale will feature a variety of high-quality, unique, hand-made crafts including quilted placemats and potholders, Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls, knitted baby sets, baby quilts and lap robes, seasonal ornaments, decorations and stocking stuffers, and much more. A variety of cookie plates, pies, baked goods, and jams and jellies will be offered in our “Pantry” for your culinary pleasure. Beautiful fresh cut greens arrangements and artificial flower arrangements will also be available.
In addition to cash and checks, both debit and credit cards will be accepted. Proceeds from Saturday’s sale will be used to support the group’s mission and outreach programs and partners, locally and around the world.
In order to observe social distancing, we will be opening the Bazaar at 9:00 am, an hour earlier than our usual time, and we will limit the number of people entering at one time to half of our occupancy. Face masks will be required. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic, our popular café will be closed this year, as will our Book Room and Granny’s Attic where we offered gently used items.
