God has promised us an abundant, good life, when we are connected to Jesus; that is when we have the God-Life. This week’s message focuses on Isaiah 55:1-9.
Today’s opening hymn is “Here I am to Worship,” by Tim Hughes. We invite you to sing along.
The Psalter reading for the day (a reading from the book of Psalms) is Psalm 17:1-6 .
We can have abundant life!
- John 10:10
- John 4:14
The God Life – Isaiah 55:1-2
There is a cost involved – Isaiah 55:7
- We are called to seek an abundant life in Jesus
The good life by Babylon standards requires money and power; the God life takes faith in Jesus.
We close today with the hymn “Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah.” Here are two versions: the traditional version, which many of us are familiar with, and a contemporary version, sung by Indelible Grace Music
