Summer vacation is great, however, the time has come to “get back to it.” attending worship, sharing a story at coffee hour, growing in your faith at a bible study, having fun at youth group, stretching your voice in choir. And most of all listening to where God is leading us on the journey called faith.
Though we recently celebrated our freedom as a nation on the fourth of July, I encourage us to consider searching for a deeper freedom through our faith in Jesus.
If we let go of fear, we would reach out… What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
As we move into May, I am reminded of one of the most blessed experiences I had while I was in seminary at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity school…We showed up for class May 1st, and she said, “We are going outside to play.”
